My roommate is moving out of our apartment at the end of March, and we are looking for someone to take her place in our 3 bedroom apartment. Move... in date is flexible, we are looking for someone who is the the right fit!

A little about us:

I am a PA student in my clinical year, and works across the New England area. Elizabeth works a hybrid schedule at a law firm in Back Bay who has a very friendly and social cat named Holly. We would prefer a non-male roommate.

A little about the location:

The location is great—Whole Foods, Dunkin’ Donuts, Corepower, a Post Office, a library, and a dozen cute restaurants are located within a 5 minute walk on our street. Within a 10 minute walk, there is an Orange Line stop (Community College), 2 beautiful public parks, and the Harbor Walk biking and walking path.

A little about the space:

The room available has a spacious closet and a large window. A full bed and mattress, desk and chair, and two bedside tables are available for additional purchase (prices negotiable).

Our common spaces include a full bathroom, kitchen, a small laundry room and a spacious living room. Amenities include a free-to-use washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and a nicely furnished living room.

A little about the price:

The rent for this room is $985/month. This price includes hot water, but our internet, heat, and electricity are extra (it varies month to month, but usually is around $100 per person).
