Whittier Place - convenient studio in West End/Beacon Hill

Whittier Place is conveniently located a block away from the MGH main campus, in a safe neighborhood with ample restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The MGH campus shuttle system is a minute walk away, and due to the proximity to MGH, many... residents are employees and students.

Located in a central area of the city, and highly accessible by the T system - North Station (green & orange lines) is ~7min walk away, Charles/MGH (red line) is ~10min walk away, and Bowdoin (blue line) is ~12min walk away.

The building has a 24-hour concierge and it is well-maintained. The unit is clean, recently renovated, and has an efficient layout, with a lot of closet space, and an enclosed patio. The unit is rented furnished. Utilities (gas, electricity, heat, air conditioning, etc.) are included in the rent - the one thing that is not included is internet, which tenants can easily arrange themselves through T-Mobile, Comcast, etc.

The Charles River Park gym (with equipment, classes, indoor pool & outdoor seasonal pool) is located just across the parking area - MGH employees can get massively discounted membership through payroll.
