No major changes from last time! The events have been very thoughtful and impressive the past couple months. The building has been great aboug winter weather maintenance (shoveling, salt, cleanliness, etc.)

I love the community events. Always nice to see everyone coming together. It’s nice to be introduced to neighborhood businesses and events. I’m fairly new to the area and enjoy anything fun that’s nearby. Can’t beat right in the building

If you're considering moving to The Smith - don't hesitate! Do it!!! Best decision I've made and I cannot wait to spend the rest of my days here. The amenities; the wonderful staff/concierge; the residents; the view from the roof decks; and even the complimentary coffee/hot chocolate-- AMAZING! I am excited to utilize the roof decks/plunge pool/and grills summer!!! The location is perfect. You really wont regret moving here. Schedule a tour and see for yourself :).

Great building. The staff is excellent and so are the amenities! Maintenance is very responsive and thorough. The building is kept clean and band in great shape. Neighbors are very friendly.
