I supply sheets, towels,... cooking utensils, dishes, silverware. Rent includes WiFi, heat, electricity, and cleaning costs (every four weeks). Townhouse set back from the street and therefore quiet. Close to Bus 83 and Bus 77, as well to Red Line (Alewife or Davis). Looking for quiet, clean, honest, female tenant. And I'm interested in you and your research and/or creative work.
