Single family home in JP

Our Woodbourne neighborhood single family home will be available to rent from February
through July 2027 while we are traveling. We are looking for the ideal individual, couple, or
family to enjoy this special opportunity.
There is also the option to... foster our wonderful dog, Freya, during your stay. For the right
person or family, we are offering a significant reduction in rent in exchange for providing her
with a safe and loving home while we are away.

Home also features a furnished basement apartment with its own bathroom. While it is not
part of the rental, it will remain unoccupied during your stay to ensure privacy and full use of
the home.

Located in the desirable Woodbourne/Forest Hills area of Jamaica Plain:
● Close to public transit and easy access to downtown Boston
● Walkable to Forrest Hills Train Station, parks, cafes, and neighborhood amenities
Dog Care Component
This rental includes the opportunity to care for a friendly, well-trained, and well-loved dog for a
significantly reduced rent. The ideal renter:
● Has prior experience with dogs
● Is comfortable with daily walks and general care
● Plans to be present and engaged in the home and dog care.
