Private bedroom and private bathroom available in a brand-new 2BR/2BA apartment in Quincy, with a September 18 move-in. The apartment is approximately 1,103 sq. ft. with separated bedrooms for added privacy, in-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning,... dishwasher, and high-speed internet.

Rent is $1,555.50/month per person and includes internet. Electricity, water, and sewer are additional and would be shared between roommates based on actual usage. The community offers a fitness center, pool, and work/common spaces and is approximately an 11-minute walk to Quincy Adams Station on the Red Line.

I’m a healthcare professional looking for one female roommate, ideally another working professional or graduate student. I’m a Christian, easygoing, and value having a clean, peaceful, and comfortable home. I’d love to live with someone I can be friendly with and have a sense of community at home while also respecting each other’s space and privacy. I’m looking to keep the apartment pet-free.

The apartment is available beginning September 18, but I’m open to someone joining later in September. A prospective roommate will need to complete and receive approval through apartment management before moving in. Please reach out if interested—I’m happy to share additional photos and details.
