ROOMIE NEEDED 2bed1bath beacon hill apartment w/ roof deck near mgh

Hi! My name is Kylie and I am a 26 year old nurse looking for a roommate that is also a woman! The apartment has a large roof deck that only our apartment has access to with beautiful views of boston/the charles, newly renovated bathroom and kitchen... (w/ dishwasher), and laundry in the building. The apartment is super well lit and has a beautiful spiral staircase leading to the roof deck. Water and heat are included w/ rent so the only utility I pay is electricity which is usually around $30 a month. It's a 5 minute walk to MGH red line stop and a 10 minute walk to park st stop. The only negatives of the apartment are that it's a 5 story walk up and you would have the smaller room, but rent for your room is negotiable.
