We are quiet and work multiple jobs and go to... school. We prefer someone who doesn’t work from home. We are respectful and clean. We prefer progressive like minded people. This is not a party house. Utilities are gas, electric and wifi=on average $130 total per person per month. (Sometimes gas is higher in winter) There is a washer/dryer in unit. Off street parking is included. Conveniently located near many restaurants (Lucy’s, Landmark, Erie Pub) and lots of shops within walking distance. Close to Pope John Paul park, I-93 North and South and a few blocks away from the red line T. Ashmont
