Storage may be available for fee at discretion of building manager. Dining & shopping 1/2 mile. Near... Encore casino. Small, short-haired pets ok. In-condo washer/dryer. Gorgeous views.
I am the owner and I am quadriplegic and live in the living room in a hospital bed. You must share the bathroom with my Personal Care Assistant (I require 24-hour care and use screens when needed to protect privacy). Your bedroom is TOTALLY PRIVATE. Therefore, women should feel perfectly safe. The building requires a digital keyfob and there is a security camera in the lobby.
Because my lungs are weak, NO SMOKERS, NO DRUGS -- limited alcohol ok.
