Great Rooms in Apt. with clean, non-smoker grad-students near Orange Line

Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only a 4-6 minute walk away from the Oak Grove T stop (Orange Line). Malden offers a great connection to Boston (~12 min to North Station and is ideal if you need to get to downtown, Suffolk,... Emerson, Northeastern or MGH). Assembly Square with its new outlet stores and restaurants is only 4 stops away by T.

The kitchen also has most of the appliances you will need.

Some utilities are included in the rent: (Wireless internet and free laundry). See below for more details.

A cleaning service comes 2x per month to take care of common areas: Kitchen, Bathrooms, Living Rooms and Staircases.

You'll be staying in a somewhat international house with 4 other roommates. Naturally, we are from different places (US and non-US). Two are grad students at Northeastern.

A major grocery store (Stop and Shop) is only a 10 min walk away.
Traders Joes at Assembly, Whole Foods on Cambridge Street in Boston.
There is also a Super 88 (Asian grocery store)) close to Stop and Shop.

Malden’s city center was rebuilt a couple of years back with an all-new look, coffee shops and more.
