1. Room 1 (Master) with private bathroom: $1299/month - with extra closets. Do not share bathroom with anyone.
2. Room 2 with an additional study room (two rooms set), $1199, shared bathroom with two others.
3. Room 3 & 4, $1049/month - Cozy, private room, perfect for a budget - conscious student and young professional.
(The first one who does not need parking space will have $50 discount in rent/month)
