Furnished Apartment in West Newton- 3rd Floor of Victorian Era Home

Fabulous rental for a single adult on the 3rd floor of a large West Newton Victorian home.
We have rented our third floor furnished apartment for many years and welcome a mature, quiet, non-smoking responsible tenant. Our tenants enter through the... garden and up the back stairs of our home to this bright third floor apartment with hardwood floors and skylight. The space includes a large living room, 1 good sized bedroom, a study, a full bath, and a small kitchenette. Kitchenette includes a "combo kitchen unit" comprising a sink, small refrigerator and two stove top burners.
Includes all utilities, cable TV, parking for one car and access to laundry and second refrigerator in entrance level laundry room. The apartment has two bedrooms, we prefer to rent to one individual. Move in anytime.
Please note, this location is not ideal for someone who is relying on public transportation. We are close to the express bus to Boston and 1 mile walk to the Green Line subway.

Rent is negotiable in exchange for some household help. Over the summer we particularly need someone to water outdoor and indoor plants.
No pets or smokers please.
