One furnished private room (10'8" x 9'5, not including the closet and entryway) with a queen bed available. Must be okay with cats (I have two friendly... flutternutter-colored ones)! Rent includes utilities, WIFI, and monthly professional housecleaning. Washer/dryer in unit. LGBT+ friendly. Non-smoking. I can be flexible with the lease period offered.

I (she/her) am a BU researcher in my 30s who works mainly at the VA Jamaica Plain campus. The other bedroom is rented by a nice and neat Northeastern grad student (he/him). The condo is off of Valentine Street in the Fort Hill neighborhood of Roxbury, about a 10 min walk to Jackson Square Station (Orange Line) and 15 minute walk to Nubian Square (Silver Line and other buses). We are across the street from the state-funded Melnea A. Cass Recreational Complex that is free and features a public swimming pool that is open in the summer and a Bluebikes station. Also nearby is the Southwest Corridor Park (Pierre Lallement Bike Path) that makes it easy to bike downtown.

Especially convenient for Northeastern, BU School of Medicine, or Longwood Medical Area.
