You’ll also find diverse restaurants, bakeries and cafes just nearby (happy to give recommendations!), with many other options in Cambridge and Somerville not too far away, along with a wonderful public library (where you can even check out an instant pot and an ice cream maker!) and community education opportunities.

Tennis courts, a running track, baseball and soccer fields, basketball courts, public nature parks, playgrounds, an 11 mile walking/jogging/biking trail (Minuteman Trail), a beautiful pond in the center of town (perfect for kayaking, walking, picnics, fishing, turtle watching, etc.), gyms, martial arts, yoga, community pool, ice skating and many other amenities are all within walking distance!

Day Care and Schools

For the little ones, there are two 5-star day care and preschool (bilingual!) options just around the corner, with many others nearby (including Mandarin education). Arlington boasts many excellent schools in the top tier of the state, all walkable from this location.

Transportation and Parking

There is very frequent bus service just a 2 minute walk away going into Harvard Square with connections to the Red Line (metro). You can also bike to the Red Line via a beautiful commuter jog/bike trail. Other connections are also nearby.

The driveway can accommodate two vehicles for your own parking needs, with an EV charge port just across the street. Daytime guests will have no trouble finding free parking on the street nearby.
