Across from Harvard Law, furnished room short term

Household consists of two adults, myself and my adult son and two cats. I am renting this sunny room, with a shared bathroom, across from Harvard Law School; central to all transportation, 5 min walk to Harvard Square and Red Line in elevator... building. The room is all-inclusive with heat, electricity, HS Internet, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, sheets, duvet and towels, queen bed, couch, desk, side tables, and lamps, closet, bureau, personal refrigerator. Must maintain clean room and expect you will clean up after yourself in the kitchen. I usually work from home and sometimes travel. It has a very convenient location, easy access to all Harvard Departments, bus or walking distance to MIT, and an easy Red Line train ride or shuttle to MGH; great for a program or an academic year. We are very nice, quiet and respectful. With notice, you are welcome to have short-term out-of-town guests, as the couch in your room folds down out to a full-size futon bed; I can provide extra sheets, etc.
