This is a pet-friendly property, and we are happy to welcome your furry friends with a daily pet fee of $30 per pet, up to a maximum of 15 days. Parties, smoking, and drug use are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Smoking inside or within 25 feet of the premises may result in a $500 charge. Any unruly behavior could lead to eviction without a refund, and there may be a charge of $5,000 for excessive wear and tear. In the event of police involvement due to disturbances, a $500 fine may be incurred. A $7.50 Community Safety Charge applies to all guests.
