A description from a recent tenant: I love the big kitchen, cooking on a gas stove, and the butler's pantry is also very large. There are front and back balconies that are perfect to eat lunch on or sip a cup of tea, and the living room has a ton of windows for lots of light. The building is also very quiet. The brick means you hardly every hear the neighbors and the staggered layout for the front and back keeps sound from traveling the full length of the apartment. It is close to two T stops and very walkable to good food and fun activities.
