Convenient 3-minute walk to Green Line Brigham Circle T-stop; get to downtown Boston in 15-20 minutes via public transit.... 2-minute walk from Stop & Stop, Walgreens, and numerous restaurants. Easy access to street parking is also available. Apartment is well kept and was renovated in 2010. Some notable features include central A/C and heat, in-unit laundry, 3rd floor balcony, spacious kitchen, and free street parking with a Mission Hill parking permit.
Current roommates are 2 male college students. We are clean, respectful, friendly, easy-going roommates and are looking for someone who is the same. One of the current roommates has 2 cats, but they are friendly and docile and don't bother at all.
The room is available September 1 for a one-year lease. The tenant must pass a credit check and background check.
