Our condo is one of approximately 150 live/work residences in the Brickbottom Artists Building in Somerville, MA with amenities that include on-site management, an art gallery and shared courtyard. Parking is not included but 1-2 garage parking spots... can be negotiated. The unit is 1/2 mile from the East Somerville green line T stop and within walk/bike distance of MGH, Kendall Sq, Harvard, and MIT.
