Spacious two-bedroom condo in a prime location, between Boston University & Boston College and walking distance to the Green Line T & Commonwealth Avenue. The home features an updated modern kitchen with white shaker cabinets and tile backsplash, is... fully applianced and opens up to the dining/living area, creating an open concept layout. Both bedrooms are large and have ample closet space. There are also two additional storage closets in the home. The bathroom is modern with an updated vanity and desirable tile work. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light. Overhead lighting and baseboard heating have recently been added, and it is ready for move-in!

Pre-move-in monies: $30 credit check fee, unless you can provide a credit report with your full name and a FICO score from one of the three credit bureaus. 1st, last, security equal to 1 month's rent. Tenants must enroll in our online portal to make payments. Credit card payments incur an approximately 2.99% processing fee. Landlord does not profit from this fee; it is charged by the payment processor and passed through to the tenant at cost.
